How Nova Handles Your Data, Payments, and Privacy
This page exists to make the standard service easier to evaluate. It summarizes what Nova is good for, what not to submit, and where to verify the details.

- +Pricing, policies, mailing address, and contact routes are published on the site.
What happens to your input
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| You submit a form | Your inputs are sent to our server over HTTPS. |
| AI processes it | Your inputs are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate the output. |
| You get the result | The generated result is returned to your browser. Most workflows stay transient — outputs are not stored after delivery. For structured report workflows like Property Intelligence Brief, Nova stores the generated report and AI assessment in your account so you can revisit, reload, and export historical results. You can delete your runs at any time. |
| After that | Nova does not use your inputs to train its own models. Refer to the provider's terms for third-party retention policy details. |
