How Studio Credits work

Operator subscribers can add a one-time credit pack from any Pro Tool when their monthly credits run low. Purchased credits never expire and are used after your monthly credits.

Basic Tools are included for routine use, subject to fair-use protections. Standard Basic generation uses no Studio Credits; optional model upgrades (10–40 credits) and Pro Tools (50–100 credits) draw from the same Studio Credit balance.

How does the free plan work?+
Each tool includes one anonymous preview run. After that, create a free Explorer account to unlock 3 uses per tool per month. No credit card is required for Explorer.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Paid subscriptions renew monthly and you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then.
What are Pro Tools credits?+
Studio Credits power Pro Tool workflows. Listing Launch Kit and Property Intelligence Brief each cost 50 credits per run; the CMA Generator (Beta) costs 100 credits per run. Optional premium model choices on Basic Tools draw from the same credit balance. Your 1,000 monthly credits renew each billing period and do not roll over.
How do I upgrade from Explorer?+

What does Operator include?+
Operator includes unlimited Basic Tools and every Pro Tool, including the CMA Generator (Beta) — enter a subject address and get a defensible list-price range backed by 3–8 recently sold comparables with per-comp adjustments, exported to DOCX. It is an AI estimate from public records and listing sites, not an appraisal and not MLS-derived; subjects up to $1.5M in v1. You get 1,000 Studio Credits each month: up to 20 Pro Tool runs at 50 credits, or 10 CMAs at 100 credits.
Can I buy more credits?+
Yes. Active Operator subscribers can add a one-time pack of 500 Studio Credits for $10 whenever they need more. Packs are optional and nothing is charged automatically when you run out.
Do purchased credits expire?+
No. Purchased credits stay on your account and are used after your monthly credits. They can be used while your Operator subscription is active; if it ends, they wait on your account until you resubscribe.
