NOVA AI Digital (“we,” “us,” “our”) wants you to be satisfied with our Services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for our subscription-based AI tools.
1. Free Tier (Explorer)
The Explorer plan is free and requires no payment. No refund applies.
2. Paid Subscriptions (Operator, Strategist, Commander)
All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.
Because our tools deliver value immediately upon use (AI-generated outputs are produced and delivered in real time), we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
However, we want to be fair:
- If you are charged after a failed cancellation attempt due to a technical issue on our end, we will issue a full refund for that charge.
- If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and you contact us within 48 hours of the charge, we will review your request and issue a refund where appropriate.
- If you experience a material service outage or defect that prevents you from using the tools you paid for, contact us and we will work with you to make it right, which may include a prorated refund or account credit.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at NOVA_AI_Digital@pm.me with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date above.
